This classic little folk jug has been hand turned with locally dug wild clay. I have lovingly applied, sculpted, and detailed this friendly little snake. I like making my snakes happy and friendly, they do alot of good work in the ecosystem, and deserve some respect. The piece has been coated with an old fashioned alkaline glaze and fired to over 2350f for a durable and food safe finish
